Who’s Playbook?

There’s been a lot of comment and discussion about the McCain campaign resorting to the Bush/Rove playbook despite the fact that it was used so disparagingly against McCain in the 2000 primaries, but I don’t think McCain is falling back on Bush/Rove at all.
